General Administration Guide
This documentation serves as a generic guide for administering Services implemented on the DTT Platform.
Although Services themselves can differ considerably, they are all administered by users who have been granted specific administrative role(s).
It is the responsibility of the "Tenant Administrator" to provision service level administrators for the services within their domain.
The following are the service level administrative roles which can be granted:
- "ServiceAdmin" – this role allows a Service Administrator to provision users for service.
- "TemplateAdmin" – this role allows a Template Administrator to manage and maintain the email templates the service automatically triggers on specific events.
- "StaticDataAdmin" – this role allows the Static Data Administrator to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. These static data items may differ between services.
These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.
