Welcome to the DTT Appointment Booking Service
The Appointment Booking service allows you to manage appointments across your various locations.
It allows users to:
- book different types of appointments in various rooms, across multiple locations
- appointees will receive email notifications of new bookings, reminders and cancellations
- also enable the above notification via SMS
- mark appointments as 'unattended'
- search for booked and cancelled appointments
In addition to the above, administrators can:
- manage multiple locations and rooms
- manage different appointment types with various durations
- schedule periods of location unavailability
