Welcome to the DTT Car Parking Booking Service
This service allows users to book available parking spaces in specified locations for themselves or on behalf of others.
Admin features
Admin users will be able to configure and manage the booking resources; these include the ability to:
- add/delete/edit the car parks, levels, zones and parking spaces
- configure the booking time slots for each car park
- restrict user access to levels and zones
- view all bookings
- cancel any booking as required
- schedule car park, level or zone unavailability by date/date range
Citizen features
Users registered on the service will be able to:
- book one or more parking spaces for themselves or others subject to availability
- book parking spaces for full or partial days
- view all bookings
- cancel their own bookings
Users will receive automated email notifications of any bookings they make or which are cancelled by themselves or admin.
