Welcome to the Access NI Event Manager Service
This service allows admins to configure and publish events which users can then book places on.
Admin features
Admin users will be able to:
- manage and configure their own events
- create, amend, publish, close and cancel events
- view a list of attendees for each event
- configure email reminder intervals
- run reports
- control when events are accessible to the public
Citizen features
Users with access to the public events page can:
- view the details of all events which are currently open
- book a place on an event (where at least 1 place remains)
- cancel their own booking
Users will receive automated email notifications of any bookings they make or which are cancelled by themselves or admin. They will also receive notifications when the details of an event have been changed.
