Welcome to the Vacancy Manager homepage.
Introduction
The Replacement Vacancy Management System went live in April 2022. The system comprises 4 portals:
DFC Admin Portal - Users are DFC staff and they can manage Employers, Jobseekers and Vacancies. They are responsible for approving jobs to the website and for website content management.
Employer Portal - Users can create and track job vacancies for their business. Once approved their vacancies are listed on the jobapplyni.com website. They can also manage vacancy applications.
Jobseeker Portal - Registered users of the portal can save jobs from the website and make online applications.
JobApplyNi.com - is the DFC vacancy website. This website displays all job vacancies currently registered with DFC. Visitors to the website can conduct various job searches and upon registration can apply for jobs listed online. The website also contains other useful content, such a links to other recruitment resources and event/job fair information.
