Release 3.4.0 (Part1)

This release contains the first of the technology upgrades required prior to the new development items in Work Package 4.

Included in this release :

• .Net 8 upgrade
• Vue3 Upgrade to Employer Portal

It has been agreed to release the Vue3 upgrades to the Employer portal only to PPD at this stage, to allow DFC to review the changes and begin updating their internal documentation.

The Vue3 upgrade includes changes to the look and feel of the user interface, including but not limited to :

Buttons: Style of buttons and review of the consistency of the use primary and secondary colours

The main change employers will see, is the format layout of vacancies - as we have removed the split screen/ vertical view to a horizontal view
