Release 3.5.0

This release contains the remaining technology upgrades required prior to the new development items in Work Package 4.

This release contains the Vue3 upgrade of the Content manager functionality that was omitted from Release 3.4.1.

There have been some slight chnages to the layout to easy of use.

Old version had the New and View buttons on first screen

The new version has just a view button, with the New moved to the next screen. You can now edit and/or delete from the one screen.
