Vacancy Manager

Vacancy Manager is a bespoke cloud based software application built to enable users (Department of the Communities staff) to manage Employers and Job vacancies in a more effective manner.

Alongside the Employers portal, Jobseeker portal and the ApplyjobsNI.com website, this is part of the Replacement Vacancy Management System (RVMS)

This User Guide, refers to the Vacancy Manager Admin portal only, which is available to DFC staff.

Functionality within Vacancy Manager includes

  • Vacancy Search - the ability to search for a vacancy
  • Vacancy Requests - details of vacancies received by time period.*
  • Vacancy - My list - a list of vacancies assigned to me
  • Vacancy Lists - details of vacancies received in various statuses
  • Create Vacancy - ability to create a vacancies on employers behalf
  • Employer Search - the ability to search for an employer
  • Employer Registration - details of employers awaiting approval to the Employer portal, ability to assign transactions to individual staff members *
  • Employer - My List - a list of transactions assigned to me
  • Configuration - set configuration values *
  • Report List - generate reports *
  • Dashboard - View of the Analytics Dashboard*
  • Content Manager - manage content of jobapplyni.com website * Configuration Manager - set system configuration values *

Note

Not all functions will be available to all users- those above marked with an * require additional permissions
