The Desk Booking Service

Desk booking allows facilities management teams to manage desk booking within their building/buildings.

Features include:

Admin users can configure and manage the booking resources; these include the ability to:

  • add/delete/edit the buildings, floors, zones and desks
  • configure the booking time slots for each building
  • restrict user access to floors and zones
  • view all bookings
  • cancel any booking as required

Users registered on the service can:

  • book one or more desks for themselves or others subject to availability
  • book desks for full or partial days
  • view all bookings
  • cancel their own bookings

Users will receive automated email notifications of any bookings they make or which are cancelled by themselves or admin.
