The Appointment Booking service allows you to manage appointments across your various locations.
Features for users include:
- book different types of appointments in various rooms, across multiple locations
- appointees will receive email notifications of new bookings, reminders and cancellations
- also enable the above notification via SMS
- mark appointments as 'unattended'
- search for booked and cancelled appointments

The Event Booking Service
This service issues invitations to configured events
Features include
Admin users can configure and manage events ; these include the ability to:
- add/edit/open/close/delete events at a time, location and optionally for a responsible body
- add attendees to an event
- record attendance at an event
- report on attendance at an event or by responsible body (if configured)
- configure event reminder emails
Attendees receive
- email confirmation that they have been added/removed as an attendee for an event
- email reminders (if configured for event)
