New Features In Scope For Phase 2 - PPD 1 Testing

Phase 1 CR Changes Implemented into Phase 2 for PPD1
- Incidents Table Card to be inserted at the Mine summary Level these include all incidents associated to Accessions that are children of the selected mine.
- Search Outputs ordering logic amended so that they are always in Entity number by default, but can be placed in any column order by selection.
- All Admin extracts require 2 additional data column short cut links to the specific admin Entities, public links will follow when the public build is ready for test.
- Combining the three Inspectors lists to be organised & edited by the single type:Inspectors
- Mine Plan Table sorting initially by Plan accession number will be included in Phase 2.
- File size indicator included in tables.
- Document descriptions, not truncated, are now presented on Multiple lines.
Bug Fixes - Phase 2 - PPD1
- All Inspector lists combined into one list: Inspectors.
Out Of Testing Scope - Phase 2 - PPD1
Any functionality related to the Phase 2 Scope & Public related portal is in Scope for testing, as we have informally agreed the public scope some related work has now begun on the Admin side and this will not impact the Phase 1 build but may be visible.
Known Issues
Some Phase features may be present which are not available. The following Items impact form Phase 1 deliverables but are in plan for Phase 2 delivery:
- GeoJSON will have Public links included when the Public build is ready for test.
- As part of Phase 2 All Admin extracts require additional and data column, the short cut links to the specific public Entities will be available when the Public portal is ready to test.
- Map views will require updating to use the appropriate developer licensed links, currently non licensed links are implemented, required changes are expected to be minimal.
