Welcome to Notify

The DTT Notify service is a notification management component within the Digital Transactional Toolkit (DTT). It integrates with, and extends the functionality of, third-party SMS notification providers such as GOV.UK Notify to send communications to citizens and administrators.

The service is widely used across NICS departments for SMS-based verification, contact list management, and appointment reminders, and is integrated with many other DTT services.

Users of the DTT GOV.UK Notify service benefit from enhanced reporting capabilities and seamless switching between third-party notification providers, with no changes required to screen flows or application functionality.
