New Features
This release contains the following changes:
3 month invoice archiving
A 3 month archiving policy has been implemented against Invoice Manager.
All completed invoices are automatically set to a status of archived 3 months after their last updated date.
- Archived invoices will not be displayed in the Complete view (or any view)
- Archived invoices will still be included in all applicable reports.
Note
If the business requires an invoice to be displayed again on the tables, they will raise a service request to Stiona asking for the invoice status to reset from 'archived' to 'complete' again and its last updated date to today. The invoice will then be picked up and archived again in 3 months time if its Last Updated Date has not changed in the meantime.
6 Year retention and disposal
A 6 year retention and disposal policy has been implemented against Invoice Manager.
All archived invoices older than 6 years will automatically be removed from Invoice Manager tables and reports.
Note
Please note that these invoices are deleted from the database and cannot be recovered.
