Welcome to the Payment Gateway service

The Payment Gateway service is a tool facilitating the overview of online payments from the public made to a particular business/service. The configured business can view payments that have been made, see the status of payments and initiate refunds in case of errors.

Service Administrators

Service administrators have the ability:

• to configure payment providers (WorldPay or GovUkPay) for their specific business/service.
• to view payments.
• to check the status of payments.
• to issue refunds.
• to provision additional users of the service.
