Quick Start for Rate It

RateIt provides a quick and easy mechanism for Customers/End Users to provide feedback.

This tool can be used to acquire valuable and actionable customer opinions about the services they received.

There is an Admin and Public side.

Admin Side

Admin can define the subject of the RateIt, the definition of the 5 rating levels and address to send notifications when a rating has been provided.

Once a RateIt is created the Admin can generate a (http://) link to embed on a web page for the public to use.

MI is available to Admin users to see overviews and specific RateIt`s scoring and associated feedback comments.

Public Side

Public access the specific rate it via an embedded (http://) CTA link.

They are presented with a new webpage containing the title, comments rate it 1 to 5 check boxes, a comments section (if enabled) and a submit button.

Users select the appropriate check box (1 to 5) and enter optional comments.
