This release contains changes to Identity that were made to facilitate the following:

Security

Various under the hood security improvements.

Notification Manager

The enabling of the BusinessAdmin role to access Notification Manager

Service Manager

The implementation of Service Manager to include a separate public configuration

Portal/Business Admin

The removal of template management functionality from Portal/Business Admin.

The resolution of the following issue:

• File Upload Config issue on Portal Admin resulting in '404 not found' error
