Welcome to the Request It service
Request It is a communication tool allowing the public to contact a business area via a configured link or button on a public web page. The configured business can respond to citizens directly and carry out 2-way conversations.
Admin:
Admin users have the ability to configure Request It services for specific business areas; these are then made available online to the public via a link or button. Service users can then view all the Request It submissions initiated by the public. These submissions (transactions) can be viewed, processed and updated as required.
Admins can also
- send replies and attachments directly to the message sender
- allocate transactions to specific service users for processing
- manage a list of transaction states for each service
- enable Rate It against their Request It service
- disable subjects so that they are no longer accessible publicly
Citizens:
Via online links or buttons, the public can:
- submit messages and attachements to a configured service
- view responses and attachments from service admin
- reply and upload attachments
