Changes
Accessability Change Requests
Submission
The following changes were applied to the Submission Confirmation Page and Resulting Email details:
- Remove DOF logo - configure transparent spacer image
- Use the Display name as the tenant name on top left of the screen
- Change submission complete to 'Thank you for filling out this form'
- Change · ‘your feedback has been submitted’ to ‘Your details have been sent to DVA, you may now close the window’.
MOT Header
The following changes were applied to the MOT Page:
- The Domain Name in the top right should display the DisplayName from Tenant.Domain table
- Remove the *Indicates a required field
- Ensure the domainlogo can be replaced with a spacer or transparent image
Service Transaction Details
The following changes were applied to the Service Transaction Page:
- Remove Service Transaction header
- Change the drop down list default from 'Please select an option' to 'Choose ...'
- Remove Please from none configurable fields (eg email)
- Change Text on Submit button to Confirm and Send
- Change Contact Number to sentence case -eg Contact number
