Release 2.1.0

This release contains the following additional changes:

Collapsible navigation bar: implemented to allow users to minimise the left-hand navigation if required. Clicking the arrow at the bottom of the panel will collapse or expand the nav bar as needed. Note that while collapsed, only unique icons will be displayed for each menu item; hovering the mouse over an icon will display its title.
Additional help text: added to the Subject Configuration 'Public Form' screen to better aid users.
Text updates: Left-hand navigation text on microservices has been updated to bring it in line with best practices - this is only seen by uses with the TemplateAdmin/StaticDataAdmin roles.
Combined Search option: previously there had been 2 search options, which have now been combined into one. Entering the Search screen will default to the Search Transactions layout with Start Date, End Date and Subject (optional). Clicking the new 'Search by reference instead of date' toggle will swap to the alternative search allowing you to enter the reference number only. There has been no change to the functionality of either search type.
