New functionality

1. Enable Display of Key Field on Booking Grids

Whilst managing the Key fields for a Service, the Service Administrator can opt to have the key field displayed on the Today's Booking and All booking grids. When a new key field is created, it will default to 'not show on Grid' (toggle off). Selecting to edit the key field, will permit you to toggle the field on.

Once toggled on, the fields will display on the data grid(s)

Note

User must be cognisant that adding a large number of fields will impact the grid display. This functionality is intended for limit use.

2. Cancellation Reason Enhancement

At a Service level, the Service Administrator will be able to configure the cancellation functionality.
The Service can have either a Cancellation text box or a dropdown menu.

The default will be a textbox, and the dropdown can be toggled on or off on the Configuration screen.

If the cancellation dropdown is enabled, the dropdown menu items must be created in the static data manager.

Note

It may take a few minutes for the changes to be reflected. A screen refresh may be required
