Release 3.2.0
This release contains 2 changes:
1. Room Booking wizards restyled
The following Room Booking wizards have been restyled to align with the Desk Booking wizard format:
- Book a Room
- Repeat Booking
As highlighted below, each page of these wizards will now display the current step in the total number of steps (e.g., Step 1 of 4). Any guidance will be displayed in a headed panel.

2. 'Current time red line' added to calendars (Freshdesk #4139)
Greying out today's non-bookable slots in the past was not possible. Therefore, a red line has been added to the current day on calendars to show the time in relation to slot availability. Anything above the line is in the past and cannot be booked and anything below the line is still available for booking. This line only appears for today's date.

Bug Fixes
The following issues have been fixed in this release:
- The Grant/Revoke All buttons on User Manager have been restricted to Portal Admin only (FD #4988) Note: When this incident occurred, we had to go and get backups of the database so we could return the data to its original state – so we are also implementing transaction history tables as a result of this incident so that we can track transaction changes for the following applications.
- Meeting Title field on Book A Room should not be mandatory - this is now optional again.
