Secure Message Count (Admin)

On the left hand navigation bar, a number should appear on the 'Messages' tab. This secure message count reflects the number of new received messages the admin user has yet to action.

This secure message count will decrease accordingly, if a user responds to a message/messages.

This secure message count will increase accordingly, if a user receives a new secure message/messages.
