Message subject field added to 'Send Message' screen.
{subject} has also been added as an email parameter which can be inserted into template manager.
0010 Messages Grid View (Admin) - Freshdesk #3900/3901
A new history button has been added to the messages grid view in the Admin portal.
Clicking this button will redirect the user to the history of that message chain.
A back button will be displayed on the footer of the screen to allow the user to navigate back to the previous screen.
A new column has been inserted into the messages grid view allowing users to filter on the message subject.
