Service Administration
This page contains details of the roles and configuration available on the service.

User Roles
User Type | Role | Description |

Service User | ServiceUser | This role enables users to send a new secure message and allows visibility over ALL secure messages sent and received on the service. |
Service Roles

Service Administrator | ServiceAdmin | This role allows a user to provision additional users for service |
Template Administrator | TemplateAdmin | This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates |
Static Data Administrator | StaticDataAdmin | This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. (There is currently no static data in Secure Messaging) |
Note
These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.
Templates
Currently there are four email templates set up within the system:
SecureMessageResponse - This email is sent to admin, to notify them, they have received a new secure message response.
SecureMessageAlert - This email is sent to the recipient, to notify them, they have received a new secure message alert.
SecureMessagingAccessCode - This message is sent to the recipient via sms, to provide them with an access code.
SecureMessageAlertAuthenticated - This email is sent to the authenticated user, to notify them, they have received a new secure message alert.
Important
In the Edit Email Template screen, the 'TemplateAdmin' is able to edit the 'From Address,' 'Subject,' 'Bcc List,' and 'Template Content.' Once saved, the changes will take effect immediately – therefore any emails issued by the service from this point onwards will contain the changes saved by the TemplateAdmin.
