Release 4.2.0

Release 4.2 of Tell Us includes the following enhancements:

• Addition of a loading spinner on the Allocate user screen,
• Addition of a word count feature on the Comment/Reply Message text box,
• 'Resolved' transactions not displayed in My Transactions List,
• TellUsStatusFinal email configuration changed to replace the Resolved text with the statusdisplayname in the body of the email.
