This release contains one change affecting the DAC Flow (citizen and admin).

DAC Flow - Justification char limit increased - Freshdesk #4579

As requested, both text area character limits in the DAC flow Justification step have been increased from 3000 to 4000 characters.

On the Admin side, the application's View Details display has been updated to accommodate this change.
