New Features

This release added the following features.

Export CSV Data for a School

An 'Export CSV' button has been added to the top of the screen to facilitate users to export data.

School Details Show Address

A Careers Administrator (CareersAdmin role) can view the school address details in 'School Configuration' so we can distinguish between schools with the same name.

Change Email Domain

Email address domain has been changed @C2ken.net

Sending student an email - Email Address as Link

In the 'Student Application Details View' clicking the email address will launch outlook and an email can be sent to the student directly.

Action Plan Sent to School

The school contact is now copied into all action plan emails sent to students at their school.

View Comments

Comments can now be viewed separate from Action History. An additional button 'View all comments' has been added. Clicking this button will show a comment history with an option to add a new comment.

Action Plan Text Box enlarged

To be able to add a suitable note to the action plan email. The Adviser message text box has been enlarged.

Date of Birth

The calendar picker is now defaulted to 15 years ago, however a user can select any date in the past by using the back button.

Adviser Work List View

The screen view has been modified to be able to see a wider view over Pending Student Applications screen without scrolling.

Future Plans Multiple Select

Multi select check boxes have been added to the question 'What would you like to do after this year?' in Step 4 of 5: Future Plans, to enable the student to select more than one option they are considering.

This will allow the careers adviser to gauge a better understanding of the options being explored by the student.
