New Features

Trigger Words Feature

Release 1.0.7 involved the production and development of the 'Trigger Words' feature.

A section on Trigger Words has been added to the 'Careers Adviser' and 'Careers Managers' user guides. This section outlines the new functionality.

Amendments to Adult Flow

On recommendation the following amendments have been made to the adult flow.

Removal of line in Information Box (Step 1)

'Remember that this is a snapshot of where you are now. You may have changed your mind or have new information to add by the time you see your careers adviser.' - This line has been removed from the information box as it is not relevant for adult flow.

A Separate static data (text management) entry named 'Adult Personal Alert Text' has been added and is configurable.

Text Change Phone Number (Step 1)

The word 'preferred' has been added to Contact Phone Number.

Adult Qualifications List (Step 2)

A separate static data (list management) entry named 'Adult Qualifications List' has been added and is configurable.

Configured data will display as a dropdown list of qualification options when the applicant is adding their qualifications.

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications (Step 2)

A seperate static data (text management) entry named 'Minimum Mandatory Qualifications' has been added and is configurable.

Text Changes (Step 3)

Question now reads 'Please tell us what you enjoy doing in your spare time.' - Optional

Question now reads 'Have you had any experience of paid work, voluntary work, training or school/college work experience?'

Previous work address requirement removed.

Removal of Parents Statement (Step 4)

Separate static data (list management) named 'Adult Future Plans Statement Options'

'Town/City' Column now added to BG (Admin)

A town column has now been added to the 'Pending Adult Applications' view to enable Support Staff to allocate applicants to correct Units/Adult Advisers.

Bug Fixes

Continue Button (Final Screen)

Warning flag 'Changes you have made may not be saved” has been removed and 'Continue' button now directing applicant straight to NIDirect page.
