Action Plan Additional Documents
A change has been made to record any additional documents attached to the action plan email.
A new section has been added to the Action Plan file store named 'Other Documents,' from here users can click the view icon to download any documents sent alongside the action plan.
A paper clip icon will now allow users to download any documents sent alongside the action plan in the event entry within the action history.
Search Archive Functionality
Applications in a state of 'archived' are no longer viewable in pending work lists across the service. In addition to this change, archived applications are now excluded in the 'Number of completed forms' and 'Number of completed interviews' columns within the Work List table.
In order for users to have access to these archived transactions, the search archive functionality has been extended to users provisioned with the following roles; adviser/adultadviser and careersadmin/serviceadmin.
The left hand navigation bar will now display 'Archive Search Menu' with dropdown options of; search student archives and search adult archives.
Users can search through archived transactions by entering applicant first name/last name and selecting start date/end date using the dropdown options on screen and clicking search.
If an archived record has been returned matching the search criteria it will display in a grid view.
Click view to enter the application
Application is displayed in a read only state with no action buttons present.
Note
If required a user provisioned with the 'ServiceAdmin' role can unarchive an archived application, this action will move the transaction back into the 'Complete' state and return it to configured users Pending Work Lists. Only users with this role can see the unarchive application button, the rest of the application remains read only.
Bug Fixes
Statements graph and table enhancement has reinstated on student and adult feedback analytics screen for users provisioned with the 'FeedbackAdmin' role.
