Release 3.7
New Features
Check for Duplicates (DEF53)
This functionality is to allow exiting applications to be easily found so duplicates can be deleted.
The new functionality on the admin side allows administrators to filter the 'All Appeals' grid using the following filter fields at the top of the screen:
- Id
- Appeal Id
- First names
- Second name
- First line of address
- Benefit
- NI Number
- State
This enables administrators to search for an appeal so they can delete it or create a new one.
Deletion of incomplete application (DEF14)
If an incomplete appeal has been abandoned it will enter the Admin system flagged as an 'In progress appeal.'
If the applicant attempts to restart the appeal, the duplicate error message will display.
In this case, the applicant can contact the Appeals Service and their In Progress Appeal can be deleted, enabling them to submit again.
HSC Appeal Name Change (CHG11)
