Updated (PUBLIC) Employment and Support Allowance Appeal Flow - Freshdesk #3792

Change applied to any applicant selecting Employment and Support Allowance appeal. All other appeals following NAO1(SS) appeal flows remains unchanged.

  • "Please select the date the Mandatory Reconsideration Notice was sent to you” and "Please upload your Mandatory Reconsideration Notice" fields removed.

  • Replaced with 1 field: "Please select the notice type you are providing” with radio buttons for ‘MRN’ and ‘ESA65.’

  • If applicant selects 'MRN' - following fields are displayed with text change "Please select the date printed on the Mandatory Reconsideration Notice which was sent to you" and "Please upload your Mandatory Reconsideration Notice."
