Form Types

This screen displays the 5 form type flows which each individual appeal follows on the public application.

Base Guidance Notes

The administration application will provide the functionality to allow authorised staff to be able to manage the base guidance notes associated with each of the appeals forms and each step within those forms.

From this screen the base guidance notes for each flow can be updated.

To update a form guidance note, click the guidance note icon associated with the selected form you wish to update.

The guidance notes for the form type selected will be displayed on screen. Select the 'Edit' button for section of the form you wish to update.

Update the base guidance notes for the form section as desired and click 'Save,' to update changes.

Note

Once saved, the new guidance notes will be available immediately on the public application.
