Templates
Note
This feature is only available to users with a TemplateAdmin role.
The Appointment Booking service uses configurable templates which can be managed and maintained by a user with the TemplateAdmin role.

Email Templates
Important
Appointment Booking application ONLY - for each 'appointment type' created, a set of distinct configurable email templates will be generated by the system. These templates are unique to the 'appointment type' and can be edited without impacting other 'appointment types'.
Each of the email template names created for an appointment type will be appended with the appointment type's name. For example, the template called 'appointmentbookedNIDA Verification'. belongs to the 'NIDA Verification' application type.

Text Templates
Important

Email and SMS template placeholders
The following placeholders are available to use in email and SMS templates

| {startdate} | Will be replaced with the date of the appointment selected on booking |
| {starttime} | Will be replaced with the time of the appointment selected on booking |

| {locationname} | Will be replaced with the location selected on booking |
| {resourcename} | Will be replaced with the room name selected on booking |
