Cancelled Appointments

Users have the ability to search for any cancelled bookings within a one-month date range for a specific location.

Search for Cancelled Bookings

From the left-hand navigation bar, click the Cancelled Appointments menu item to search for any cancelled appointments.

  • Enter your search criteria (mandatory):

    • Start Date: (prepopulated with today's date) - edit as required
    • End Date: (prepopulated with a date 1 month in the future) - edit as required
    • Location: (dropdown list defaulted to the first configured location) - select the location that you require

  • clicking the Search button will return all cancelled appointments meeting your search criteria

List of locations

To view the details of a booking, click its associated View button which will

  • open a modal displaying the appointment details in read-only format
  • click the Close button to dismiss the modal.

Additional Admin actions

Note

This feature is only available to users with a AppointmentBookingAdmin role.

Export appointments

As an admin, you have the additional ability to export the contents of the Cancelled Appointments results grid to a csv file.

Clicking the Export Appointments button will generate and download the csv file to your local drive.

Click the downloaded file to open and view all the exported appointments from the grid:

You can save this file to a desired location and share as appropriate.

Cancelling Appointments

Note

Only users with the AppointmentBookingAdmin role are able to cancel a booked appointment.
