Release 3.1.0

Release 3.1.0 fixes various issues:

• When searching for bookings, the search is now inclusive of the end date.
• Validation / API errors when using certain building names or descriptions
• API errors caused when a building has no floors
• Loading "spinner" introduced to indicate search in progress
• Performance improvements on search
• Pending bookings are cleared down if user closes browser (between 30 and 45 minutes later)
• Able to check AM or all day when in afternoon of that day
