Welcome to the DTT Desk Booking Service
This service allows users to book available desks in specified locations for themselves or on behalf of others.
Admin features
Admin users will be able to configure and manage the booking resources; these include the ability to:
- add/delete/edit the buildings, floors, zones and desks
- configure the booking time slots for each building
- restrict user access to floors and zones
- view all bookings
- cancel any booking as required
- schedule building, floor or zone unavailability by date/date range
- reporting
Citizen features
Users registered on the service will be able to:
- book one or more desks for themselves or others subject to availability
- book desks for full or partial days
- view all bookings
- cancel their own bookings
- book the same day every week/fortnight for the duration of a month
Users will receive automated email notifications of any bookings they make or which are cancelled by themselves or admin.
