This release contains the following functionality
Fire Warden Information
The Book a Desk and Book Multiple Desk flows now collect fire warden data against each desk user. This information is used to populate a report showing when and where those users who have been fire warden trained, are booked to be in the office.
Book a Desk flow
On Step 1 of the Book a Desk flow, a new mandatory question has been added, asking if you (if booking for yourself) or the other person (if booking on behalf of someone else) is fire warden trained or not. Booker must select either yes or no to continue:
There have been no changes to the remaining steps in this flow in regard to this functionality.
This information is stored in the database against the booking.
Book Multiple Desks flow
On the Book Multiple Desk flow, Step 1 and 2 have not changed. However, in Step 3, when assigning a desk, the booker must now also enter if the desk user is fire warden trained or not.

Fire Warden Report
This functionality is only accessible to those users granted the ReportUser role.
From the Report List menu item on the left-hand navigation bar, a new Fire Warden Report is now available.
Select Fire Warden Report from the dropdown list, enter a start and end date and click the View Report button to run the report. You may optionally, also enter a building from the dropdown list.
All those users identified during booking will be displayed in the report along with their booking information such as where and when they are booked to be at a location:

The Book A Desk and Book Multiple Desk user guides have been updated to include the new Fire Warden fields.
Change to Contact Number field
On Step 1 (Personal Information) of the Book a Desk and Book Multiple Desks flows, the Contact Number field has been updated as requested.
The minimum number of characters expected has been decreased from 10 to 5, allowing users to enter a five digit extension number if they prefer.
Entering less than 5 digits will display an updated error message:
Note: this field will also accept alphanumeric text as long as there are no spaces, for example, Ext12345.
The associated Help text has also been updated to reflect this change; this includes examples of how the Contact Number should be entered.
Change to Building/Floor dropdowns
The Building and Floor dropdowns on Step 2 of both booking flows have been updated as requested.
Where there is only one option listed in these dropdown lists, the system will auto select this option for the user and all resulting fields will be displayed as expected.
Note that where there is more than one option listed in a dropdown list, the behaviour is unchanged and the user must make the selection themselves.
Bug Fixes
The following issues have been resolved in this release:
Bug# 41321: Booked desks being displayed on Step 3 search results
Previously, when a desk was booked for an All Day slot, it was still being displayed when users searched for AM/PM slots and vice versa (although could not be booked again).
This has now been resolved, search results will no longer display any desks which are not available to be booked.
Bug# 41459: Wrong error message being displayed when 2 people try to book the same desk
Previously when 2 people tried to book the same desk, the first person to select a desk was able to book it but the second person received the following error message:
The second person will now see the following message:
