Service Administration
This page contains an overview of roles and emails configuration available to the Request It service administrators.

The Request It service has the following roles:
User Roles
Roles | Description |
---|---|
ServiceUser | This user is able to view, process and search transactions from citizens. |
Service Roles
User Type | Role | Description |
---|---|---|
Service Administrator | ServiceAdmin | This role allows a user to configure Request It subjects and provision additional users on the service |
Secondary Administrator | SuperUser | This role allows users to do everything a serviceuser can do + the ability to Allocate transactions to users |
Template Administrator | TemplateAdmin | This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates |
Static Data Administrator | StaticDataAdmin | This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. |

These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.
