Service Administration

This page contains an overview of roles and emails configuration available to the Request It service administrators.

User Management

The Request It service has the following roles:

User Roles

Roles Description
ServiceUser This user is able to view, process and search transactions from citizens.

Service Roles

User Type Role Description
Service Administrator ServiceAdmin This role allows a user to configure Request It subjects and provision additional users on the service
Secondary Administrator SuperUser This role allows users to do everything a serviceuser can do + the ability to Allocate transactions to users
Template Administrator TemplateAdmin This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates
Static Data Administrator StaticDataAdmin This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service.

These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.
