Citizen Services Tennant

A new tennant has been added which holds the Secure Messaging service for individual emails i.e. those not sent to an organisation.

Users authenticated through IMOS will be able to view there Individual (citizen) services here. They will also stiff have access to there organisational services (such as DECOL and PECOL).

Release 2.1.0

Users receiving a secure message to an individual will automatically be taken to this service by the notification link.

Users authenticated by IMOS who belong to other organisations can select their Citizen services.

To enter secure messaging, click the 'Citizen Services' panel and proceed to enter 'Secure Messaging' from the service dashboard.

Left hand navigation bar has been updated:

  • To send a new secure message, navigate to 'Send Message'

  • To view sent and received secure messages, navigate to 'Messages'
