Service Administration
This page contains information regarding the roles and configuration available to the Tell Us service administrators.
User Roles
| Roles | Description |

| ServiceUser | This user is able to configure Tell Us services, view and process transactions from citizens. |
| MIUser | This user has access to view and run MI reporting for this service. |
| SuperUser | This user has access to the Allocations view and can allocate/unallocate transactions |
Service Roles
| User Type | Role | Description |

| Service Administrator | ServiceAdmin | This role allows a user to provision additional users for service |
| Template Administrator | TemplateAdmin | This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates |
| Static Data Administrator | StaticDataAdmin | This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. |

These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.

Email templates
The Tell Us service uses configurable email templates which can be managed and maintained by a user with the TemplateAdmin role.
