Service Administration
This page contains information regarding the roles and configuration available to the Desk Booking service administrators.
User Roles
Roles | Description |
---|---|
DeskBooker | This user is able to book desks, as well as view their bookings and cancel any existing bookings. |
DeskBookingAdmin | This user has all rights of the DeskBooker but they can also create new buildings, floors, zones and desks and manage their availability. |
Service Roles
User Type | Role | Description |
---|---|---|
Service Administrator | ServiceAdmin | This role allows a user to provision additional users for service |
Template Administrator | TemplateAdmin | This role allows a user to manage and maintain the email templates |
Static Data Administrator | StaticDataAdmin | This role allows the user to manage and maintain any configurable text or dropdown lists displayed to users on the service. |

These roles can be granted singly, together or in conjunction with other roles.

Text Manager
Enable Tell Us settings
The following settings allow the TellUs feedback button/link to be configured/enabled/disabled for this service:
Setting Name | Description |
---|---|
Enable Tell Us | Setting this to True will automatically add the feedback button to the Confirmation page and feedback link to the confirmation email |
Feedback Link | This is the TellUs URL that the feedback button/link will navigate the user to |
Feedback Message | Text that will appear on the feedback button (displayed on Confirmation screen) |
Email Link Name | Text that will appear on the feedback link (displayed in DeskBookingConfirmation email) |
