This release contains the following new features
Usability enhancements
There have been some enhancements to improve the user experience when booking desks. These changes have been implemented in both the existing single and new multiple desk booking flows.
Step 1 - Personal Information - the addition of:
- Personal Information guidance text at the beginning of the flow
- the choice to make a booking for yourself or for another
- the option For Myself will automatically populate the Forename, Surname and Email with the details of the logged in user - they will only then need to fill in their Contact Number manually.
- the option On Behalf of Someone Else will display the Forename, Surname, Email and Contact Number fields - these will be empty and require the user to enter the details manually.
Step 2 - Booking Information - the addition of:
- Booking Information guidance text at the beginning of the step
- Help text on each of the components
- Zone selection - where a floor has been configured into zones, users will optionally be able to select a Zone
- enhanced user messaging - for e.g., where the time configured for the building has passed, users will not be able to continue and instead an error message will be displayed telling them that no time slots are available.
Ability to book multiple desks
Users will now be able to book multiple desks within the one transaction. This flow will mimic the existing single booking flow with the addition of the ability to search for and book multiple desks for one or more days.

Ability to add floor plans
Users now have ability to upload floor plans to their Building's Floor configurations. Where a floor plan has been configured, users will have the option to download it on step 2 of the booking wizard.
The Manage Buildings user guide has been updated accordingly - Manage Floors - Adding a floor to a building.
Ability to add zones to floors
Users now have the ability to add zones to their floors, each floor can have one or more zones. Any desks created against this floor or subsequently added to it, have the option of being associated to a zone. A desk can only be associated to ONE zone at a time.

Ability to restrict access to zones
Like floors, admins have the ability to restrict who can access and book desks in specific zones as well. Zones inherit the restrictions of their parent floor (if any have been configured) but can also be further restricted as required.

Ability to cancel a booking via All Booking page
When a user visits the All Bookings page, a Cancel button will now be displayed against each booking that this user has made. Any bookings made by other users will be displayed without a cancel button.
